New Panay Agri-Ventures Development, Inc. (NPAVDI) has been honored as one of Iloilo Province’s top 20 taxpayers for 2024. The award was presented during a ceremony at Mandurriao’s Zuri Hotel on June 20, 2025, where Engr. Roswell T. Limsui, the company’s President and CEO, accepted the provincial government’s commendation.

Operating since 1990, the Pavia-based agribusiness runs two advanced manufacturing plants in Barangay Cabugao Sur and Barangay Mali-ao. For over three decades, NPAVDI has supported livestock farmers across the islands of Panay, Guimaras, Negros, Palawan and other nearby islands with its specialized feed brands: Lovefeeds for swine, Carefeeds for poultry, and Legendary Feeds for gamebirds.

Provincial records confirm NPAVDI’s consistent tax payments throughout 2024. This recognition underscores the company’s role in funding Iloilo’s public services and agricultural development programs.
