Bonded by their vision that Panay Island would no longer be dependent on outside feed manufacturers, five local friends shared their experiences, expertise and resources to establish a new company with the name New Panay Agri-Ventures Development, Incorporated or collectively known as NPAVDI.  

In June 16, 1990, their endeavor resulted to the first commercial feed mill in Panay.  In that year, complete lines of scientifically formulated poultry and swine feeds were produced.  The early success of the company was due to the collaboration of the talents and minds of its founders, whose respective businesses were interrelated, ranging from veterinary medicine, animal nutrition, feed milling and agri-management.
